Allergies

  1. Click Patient list > Select a Patient > Allergy menu
  2. View and manage allergies of the patient from the allergy list, including their details like:
  • Allergy
  • Reactions
  • Status
  1. To add a new allergy, click on the “Add Allergy” button.

  1. In the allergy pop-up, enter details like:
  • Allergy Type (Drug Class, Specific Drug, Non-Drug, and No Known Drug Allergy) 
  • Drug
  • Reaction
  • Severity
  • Status

  1. Click “Save” to add the allergy to the allergy list.
  2. To edit the added patient allergy, click on the “Edit” button, which opens the edit allergy popup where the providers can change or edit the allergy information.

  1. To delete the past or resolved allergy, click on the “Delete” button.
