- Click Patient list > Select a Patient > Allergy menu
- View and manage allergies of the patient from the allergy list, including their details like:
- Allergy
- Reactions
- Status
- To add a new allergy, click on the “Add Allergy” button.

- In the allergy pop-up, enter details like:
- Allergy Type (Drug Class, Specific Drug, Non-Drug, and No Known Drug Allergy)
- Drug
- Reaction
- Severity
- Status

- Click “Save” to add the allergy to the allergy list.
- To edit the added patient allergy, click on the “Edit” button, which opens the edit allergy popup where the providers can change or edit the allergy information.

- To delete the past or resolved allergy, click on the “Delete” button.
