- Click Patient list > Select a Patient > Medication menu
- View and track prescribed medications from the medication details, like:
- Medication
- Dispense
- Refills
- SIG
- Status
- Medicine Intake Duration
- To add a new medication, click on the “Add Medication” button.

- In the medication pop-up, enter details like:
- Drug name
- SIG
- Status
- Appointment
- Prescribed Date
- Medication Started
- Medication Stopped
- Dispense Quantity
- Number Refills
- Order Status

- Click “Save” to add the medication to the medication list.
- To edit the added medication, click on the “Edit” button, which opens the edit medication popup where the providers can change or edit the medication information.

- To delete the stopped medication, click on the “Delete” button.
