Notification Feature

  1. The Notification feature helps manage appointment requests, patient document uploads, and other important updates, ensuring that providers stay informed and can take timely action.
  2. The Notification has two segments:
  • Appointment Requests
  • Notification
  1. In the Appointment Requests tab, appointments scheduled by patients via the Patient Portal will appear.
  2. The provider can “Accept”, “Deny”, or “Modify” the appointment.

  1. In the Notification tab, the provider can view the alerts received by activities in the patient portal, including:
  • Document Uploads by the patient
  • Patient Demographics updates
  • Consent Forms signed by the patient
  • Lab Reports uploaded by the lab
