Patient Appointments

  1. Click Patient list > Select a Patient > Appointments menu.
  2. View the patient’s past and future appointments in the “Future” and “Past” tabs.

  1. The appointment lists displays the  information with:
  • Appointment Date & Time 
  • Provider
  • Reason
  • Facility
  • Status
  1. Click on the “Edit” button to edit the appointment.

  1. If the scheduled appointment status is Arrived, click on the “Add Notes” or “Edit Notes” button to add or edit clinical notes for the appointment.
