Problems

  1. Click Patient list > Select a Patient > Problems menu
  2. Track and manage patients’ current and past problems based on the following details:
  • Problem
  • ICD Type & Code
  • Date Diagnosed
  • Status
  • SNOMED
  1. To add a Problem, click on the “Add Problem” button.

  1. In the add problems pop-up, the users can enter details like:
  • Code Type
  • Diagnosis codes
  • Status
  • Diagnosis Start & End Date
  • SNOMED CT code
  • Comments

  1. Click “Save” to add the problem to the problems list.
  2. To edit the added patient problem, click on the “Edit” button, which opens the edit problem popup where the providers can change or edit the problem information.

  1. To delete the past or resolved problem, click on the “Delete” button.
