Support

  1. The Support feature allows users to raise a support ticket if they encounter any issues or need assistance with the application or its processes.
  2. Click on the Support button at the bottom left of the application to access the support function.

  1. Fill out the form with the details of the issue, like:
  • Subject
  • Priority
  • Description
  • Click “Submit” to send the support ticket.

  1. Based on the priority of the issue, the support team will address the ticket and assist accordingly.
