Creating a Membership Plan

  1. To create a new membership plan, navigate to Patient → Membership Plan and click the “New Plan” button.
  2. A membership plan creation popup window will open where the provider can enter all required plan information.
  3. Complete the following fields:
  • Plan Name
  • Description
  • Billing Frequency
  • Billing Cycle
  • Amount
  • Status
  1. The Billing Frequency field determines how often the plan is billed and allows the provider to select:
  • Monthly
  • Yearly
  1. The Billing Cycle defines the total number of billing occurrences for the membership plan.
  2. The amount entered represents the charge that will be applied during each billing cycle.
  3. The Status field determines whether the plan is currently available for assignment and can be set as:
  • Active
  • Inactive
  1. After entering all required information, click Save to create the membership plan.
