Patient Demographics

1. Click Patient list > Select a Patient > Patient Demographics menu

2. In the Patient Info tab, enter and edit the patient’s required personal information like:

• Email
• Phone Number
• Address
• DOB
• Sex
• Race
• Ethnicity and click the “Save Patient” button to save the information.

3. The users can add multiple emails and phone numbers of the patient based on different categories.

4. Among those multiple email & phone numbers the users can set a certain email & phone number based on patients preference to receive reminders notifications and billing documents.

5. Below the email & phone number input fields, there are reminder checkboxes when enabled when enabled the patients will receive appointment reminders based on the se time period.
