Click Patient list > Select a Patient > Immunization menu
Record and track patients’ immunizations of all ages based on every vaccination and their dosages.

To record vaccine information of the patient, follow the steps, including:

Select Vaccine Record
Enter CVX Code
Manufacturer
Lot number
Expiration Date
Administered Amount
Administered Units
Vaccine Route
Vaccine Site
Vaccination Status
Administered On
Ordering Provider
Administered By
Administered At

Click the “Save” button to save the vaccination record.
The view the saved record, click on the “Vaccine Record: dropdown and select a record which will autopopulate the information in the input fields.
