Quick Patient Search

The Patient Search feature allows you to quickly locate patient information by entering various identifiers.
To Search for a Patient, search by any of the following info:

Patient’s Name (First and/or Last)
Date of Birth
Phone Number
Email Address

Simply type the relevant information in the search field, and it will display matching patient records.
Click on the required patient to view the patient’s information.
